Couple of things I've done

I've never done a build thread, mainly cause I don't think of taking pics while I'm doing them.
Some back ground this is my second runner, 1st was a 2nd gen. no real mods to speak of just
tires and crank the torsion a little. Was totaled so I bought a 02 Taco extra cab kept for a year
loved it but as my daughters started becoming teenagers jump seats did not work. So I traded
for my current runner also an 02.

I've had this for about 4 1/2 yrs now and the only problem I've had was a blown tranny. Not a
milkshake or a manufacture problem but one of the tranny cooling lines blew out of the radiator
when I was driving down the hiway. Needless to say tranny and no fluid before I noticed the
temp gauge go thru the roof caused to much damage.

After 6 months I did the Taco billy's up front w/ stock springs and OME 906 w/ med. OME shocks
out back. Then went w/ 265/75/16 Michilens a month later. Built a platform for the rear.

Setup now - cut about 6" off botom put in new botom. now its lockable and easy to remove

Also that is my hi-lift in the back I made a bag out of a piece of old jeep top I had.

I modified the ARB bumper because I could not stand the way the brush guard stuck up past the hood, and also the
hoops in front of the lights - they reflected light so that it was distracting. So I cut the whole thing off and lowered
the center part to just below the hood.

I also got new tires from Discount Tire Cooper ATP's 265/75 load range E for $125 ea. shipped - 55k wear.
