The fact that the owner is using a dealer to list this truck on BaT as a 'cut-out', would probably indicate that he/she is not going to chime in on the Expo Portal that has prior threads listing this as a 'salvage' title, nor give the reserve amount on a 'no reserve' auction. As always YMMV

A Toyota Celica gets the seats stolen and ends up with a salvage title, but all this work is 'normal wear and tear' on a truck with 52,000 miles?
work included replacement of its stock Powerstroke diesel V8 with a 5.9-liter Cummins inline-six
refinishing of the camper body
cab and forward bodywork were color-sanded
the insulated honeycomb coach shell was stripped and repaired before being refinished
received new EarthRoamer dometic windows
replacement vents, and a dual-pane motorized skylight
six new airbags
replacement compressor, solenoids, air lines, control unit, and keypad
New cabinetry,
a new diesel heater, split 12-volt heating and air conditioning system were installed under current ownership.
Both axles were cleaned, inspected, and fitted with new seals,
the rear axle received new bearings under current ownership.

I like the BaT seller's comment about how ol' ER #009 received "All 2020 updates." So that means it has a new LTi carbon cabin too? ;-P

It was first registered in California on May 15, 2018, and a Cali registration is only good for 1 year. So the title will reflect that, but when it is renewed, you just get a new registration and plate stickers, not a new title, Red sticker on the license plates are good to 2021. Same for the license plate, if it is changed after the transfer/titling, no new title is issued, the license number is just reflected on the new registration.
