Custom Over the shell roof rack

Here is what I'm fabbing for my Tacoma. Close fitting to the shell and clean looking. I have an FJ expedition RTT rack that will bolt to this. The mounting feet are 3/16, I can live with the shell up 3/16. $50 in materials and about $100 in labor to bend and notch the tubing. I did the welds.

Nice work on the rack, how hard were the bends? -I don't have much experience, but this seems like a good first project.- I do have decent welding skills, so this looks promising.

Here is the pic that I scanned from a Surfers Journal of the Hurricane Hunter.
I really like the "feet" of the rack, how the are wrapped over the bed rail. Nice low profile and the step is perfect. I think I read somewhere else that it was made by Safari Gard
