Reposting because link was broken..sorry about that! I need to sell my quality custom overlanding trailer located in Tacoma, WA. We may be able to deliver for a reasonable fee. The custom rack is adjustable to three heights for loading and transporting dirt bikes with Lock n' Load chocks, or easily remove the chocks to transport an ATV or other fun stuff. New BFG All-Terrain T/A KO2 tires. Having the tent mounted on the trailer vs your vehicle means you can leave your campsite without having to pack everything up. All modifications professionally built/installed. Stored in my garage. Price includes the like new CVT Roof Top tent purchased at CVT in January 2019. Please read all the details below. • Base trailer is 5x8 Single Axle Falcon Utility Trailer.
• Lifted for high ground clearance
• New BF Goodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 tires with less than 5,000 miles on them, plus an unused spare
• Multi-leaf spring suspension
• Fir wood decking
• 4’ Ramp gate
• Heavy duty #20 Propane tank mount welded to tongue (tank not included)
• Lockable tool box
• #2,990 GVWR/#3,500 GAWR
• Two safety chains
• Side walls are 24” 16ga Smooth Steel
• Flat 4-way electric plug
• Sealed Beam LED D.O.T lights
• 2” A–frame coupler
• Two sets of Lock n’ Load motorcycle wheel chocks (removeable)

I’d also like to know how easy/hard it is to lift/lower? Do the 60# struts allow one person to do it? Thanks.

Hi, sorry for the late reply. I didn't realize I had to check the site...figured I'd get an email. To answer your question, I guess it depends how strong you are. A stronger person could do it themselves, but we've always used two people. Its harder for someone with not a lot of upper body strength to push it down. Lifting it is easier than pushing down. Hope that helps.

What are the 3 heights of the adjustable rack? Looking to know clearances.
Sorry for the late reply. And sorry, I don't now off hand the exact clearance. If you're seriously interested I'd be happy to get it out of garage and measure. When the rack is at its highest its about 5'6" off trailer floor. Plenty of room to load dirtbikes. At its lowest height, it comes to a few inches above my Honda CRF250L handlebars...so about 4'.
