The custom rack is adjustable to three heights for loading and transporting dirt bikes with Lock n' Load chocks, or easily remove the chocks to transport an ATV or other fun stuff. New BFG All-Terrain T/A KO2 tires. Having the tent mounted on the trailer vs your vehicle means you can leave your campsite without having to pack everything up. Hi, sorry for the late reply. I didn't realize I had to check the site...figured I'd get an email. To answer your question, I guess it depends how strong you are. A stronger person could do it themselves, but we've always used two people. Its harder for someone with not a lot of upper body strength to push it down. Lifting it is easier than pushing down. Hope that helps.

Sorry for the late reply. And sorry, I don't now off hand the exact clearance. If you're seriously interested I'd be happy to get it out of garage and measure. When the rack is at its highest its about 5'6" off trailer floor. Plenty of room to load dirtbikes. At its lowest height, it comes to a few inches above my Honda CRF250L handlebars...so about 4'.
