Custom VenturePod Expedition Trailer
$19,500
Spokane WA

Very unique off road trailer with a lot of capability in a small package. This trailer was originally manufactured around 2013 by a small company that hand made only a handful of units. Since then there have been many upgrades and modifications made. We call it the Swiss Army knife of campers as it is a small package but unfolds and expands into a very capable rig. It fits in the space of one parking spot and is just over 2k pounds fully loaded. There is too much to list but see below for the main points.

Construction:
All aluminum framing in main body.
Stainless Steel on all surfaces of kitchen and most of storage side.
Aluminum diamond plate on all doors, electrical box, and front storage box.
Steel trailer frame with Jeep fenders for extra flat surfaces.
Bedliner on all doors, front storage box, frame, and fenders
All aluminum top rack and kayak racks
31” tires with full size spare
Stabilizer jacks

Plumbing:
36 gallons of freshwater storage
6 Gallon LP water heater
Large residential style stainless sink
12 volt Surflow water pump
Outdoor shower

Electrical:
Full off grid setup with no need to plug in or bring a generator ever.
160 watt Zamp solar panel mounted on top rack.
30 amp Zamp charge controller.
2 100 amp hour Battleborn Lithium batteries (if you haven’t heard of these look them up on youtube, incredible and $950 each)
Victron BMV712 bluetooth battery monitor
Genius G3500 smart battery charger
Auxiliary connection port for extra solar panels hard wired to batteries.
All circuits are wired through fusebox with main breaker shutoff for safety & ease of adding more components if needed.
USB and 12v sockets inside and out. Extra port for CPAP machine use in the tent.
Waterproof LED lighting in all storage compartments. Kitchen and side storage compartments are fully dimmable. Exterior lights for setting up in the dark or lighting the area.
Tent comes with factory lighting and USB ports.
Shore power connection to charge batteries (not needed with solar setup but there just in case)
This system will run the fridge and other amenities indefinitely through solar alone. We tested this for 4 days in heavy trees and rainy conditions using everything we could and never dipped below 70%. It would always charge back up to 100% by mid day.

RTT/Awning:
CVT Mt Bachelor Ruggedized – this model has been since discontinued but includes upgrades throughout.
Aluminum diamond plate top and bottom
Lights and USB plugs
Heavy Duty ripstop nylon
Stargazer rainfly with clear sections for light or looking at stars
Annex (fully enclosed room) of same material that connects to underside of tent for added dry area. Great for pets, storage, or bathroom area.
Roughly 6” of memory foam that stores inside tent, You can also store your bedding in there for convenience.
This tent was bought brand new a year ago
CVT Awning over kitchen 79” wide x 79” deep

Kitchen:
Large stainless sink
Fully wrapped in stainless steel
3 burner propane cook top
Whynter 85qt 12v fridge/freezer on slider in front storage box. Will freeze down to -8 degrees.
Hot water for dishes
