Get ready for summer!! Fabulous CVT (Cascadia Vehicle Tent) Mt. Shasta EV (extended version) Summit Series (non-Stargazer style) roof top tent, used exactly twice!! Paid $2300 (got a steal on it as this was a demo tent that had never been opened!) back in May of 2018. I have the receipt as well as the "how to" book for setting it up. And 2 super cool stickers for your rig, water-bottle, Yeti...you name it!!
If you know anything about roof top tents, you will know you are getting a GREAT deal on this!! Selling due to an upgrade to our Mission Overland Off-Road Trailer. Since it's just the wife and I, the tent would just sit on top of the trailer and not get used. Passing this great deal onto someone who will get out and enjoy it!! Small rip on the top where we went into our parking garage and it snagged it. Super easy fix with some tape or glue. Doesn't effect the wear of the tent though. The trailer picture I put on so that you can see what it would look like on something other than a truck.
The Mt. Shasta Extended Vestibule Summit is a 2+ person tent that gives you extra room inside your annex room as well as additional privacy. Extended, means that the ladder will be on the inside of the Annex Room.
The Summit Line version has an upgraded floor made with diamond plate honeycomb aluminum.
The Fabric is a 380g compared to 280g on our standard Pioneer Series tent.
Straps on the cover are a cinch buckle versus Velcro on the Pioneer Series.
The mattress comes with a waterproof mattress cover instead of cotton.
The interior poles are material wrapped and the center pole has built in LED Lighting with on, off and dimmer switch as well as 2 USB ports.
Includes a telescoping ladder, the ladder has a release on the face of the steps and bumper stops between each step. All the plastic fittings have been upgraded to alloy (on hinges), D-rings are larger and Velcro is thicker.
The rain fly is heavier with quick release buckles.
The Summit Line tent also includes two shoe storage bags, One Piece anti-condensation mat, Spreader Pole to help keep the overhang taut, Annex, removable 6″ annex extension, and a removable PVC floor.
