Size medium. Super great condition. No leaks no tears.
I installed closed cell foam on the entire bottom of the tent and on any exposed metal on the inside of the tent. I also custom fit den dry mattress underlay($150 value)underneath the mattress to prevent condensation. It’s the best anti condensation setup you can get.
The new latches are installed on the tent and I have a BRAND NEW cvt 79” awning(used once)attached to the tent which is also for sale. The struts are working great and I clean the outside of the tent after every trip.
tent also has a brand new mattress inside it(used once) which I custom ordered ($200 value)
$3500 for the tent and awning
