Yeah Gren I had seen that pop up box. My 130 is a double cab otherwise I'd be on that pop up camper. I'm building a camping trailer out of my sankey. I tried the roof top tent on the cab of the 130 and didn't like that setup so hopefully the sankey setup will be the trick. Just bought an autobox for a 300 today on ebay uk so looks like my 110 project will be a 300/auto. What ratio transfer box did you use in your 90 ?

short answer 1.22 but....
Hi doug sorry for the delay, i am using a 1.22 trans box & 235x85x16 Kumo KL1's it toots along @ 65mph @2500 rpm however i dont get to 3000 rpm unless i'm in low.
it's great to drive and i love it however it shifts to 4th @ 52mph so spend much of my drive to and from work in 3rd, I'm going to swap it for a 1.4 when I find a good one.
fuel consumption is 25mpg consistant over the past year ( I drive 1100 miles per month ) and always check mpg, last months fuel bill was £300 for 1142 mls
best consumption was 33mpg cruising through france on way home from Bad K. show in germany.
