DAC camper top tent for FLIP PAC

Has anyone used the DAC camper top tent to close in the back end of the flip pac while camping? I've been looking at many type of enclosures and this looks like the best. At $119.00 its a little pricy. Any other suggestions? Thx

I ordered a DAC truck tent once, it was okay, but I was not impressed and returned it.

I think it would be a good product if your idea of a waterproof storage container was a plastic trash bag. Nothing wrong with that, just that is what your expectation should be.

I have one and like using it for summer camping. Keeps the bugs out, stores really small, sets up fast and easy. The material could be better but the design is fine.

A simple curtain across the back at the tailgate will "close" it and keep out bugs and prying eyes. Works for me as I prefer a large shaded are off the back of my FP, see my thread for details.

I use mosquito netting that I hang over the back that works great at keeping the bugs out . I don't normally camp around others much so don't have to worry about privacy , but If do camp with others I have curtains that I can pull closed .

I also use a EZ-UP with mosquito netting when the bugs are bad ?
