A lot of times you can find an ARB bumper that has similar dimensions and then just have mounts made. That way you get a nice strong bumper and most likely for less money. Search Craigslist and take lots of measurements.

I would but... too heavy, no 2" receiver, don't want a winch bumper, and none ever come up for sale in my area. It would be easier to build one then mod an ARB to my likings which is just what might have to happen

I think your best bet might be a front receiver hitch, and then add the off road warehouse prerunner front bar onto the bumper, and you would be set for your needs! Just my opinion of course, unless you are dead set on a different bumper.

I was thinking of getting a front receiver and then building a bumper off of that. I know it's a little more of a pricey option but I would feel more confident than something I built when I'm using it for winching or tugging someone out. Anyone done or seen this before?
