I've owned a PW, so has my father and a few buddies as well. Short of when they were bone stock none of us ever saw 16+ mpg. Throw on 35's or bigger and start adding gear, bumpers, toppers, etc. and it's 11-13 mpg full time, especially if you live in a state with 70-80 mph speed limits. Just trying to be realistic here, not trash talking the truck by any means, just know that 16-19 mpg is the exception, not the rule.

I think a lot of it must be the speed people are going. I know with my OBS, if I stay at 62 or below, I can do at least 13, but usually 15-16 mpg. But the moment I go over 65 and get the RPMs above 2K, that fuel mileage drops to the 11 range. Something simliar went for my old work truck, a 2018 ram 2500 gasser. At 60-70 it would hold 14-16 mpg, but when I kept at the posted 80 mph, it would drop significantly to about 10-12. With a noticable struggle in the engine too. Unloaded at that. However, my current work truck, a 2021 chevy 1500 seems to be uhphased whether I'm going 80 or 60, mpg averages still around 15. it is interesting though to see all these varieties with similar mileage - at least in my experiences...
