Decoding Non-VIN Info on TD5 Brake Booster Tag

I've been googling a bit and can't seem to a find a post that relates to the other info listed on my brake booster VIN tag. Can anyone point me to the right resource? I'm trying to determine what the e11 row above the VIN and the four 4-digit codes below the VIN describe.

Merci beaucoup! Il n'y a pas beaucoup d'informations à ce sujet. J'ai pu déterminer que les chiffres inférieurs se réfèrent aux poids par essieu, au poids du véhicule et au poids maximal avec une remorque.

The e11/ is the EU Type approval number and not valid TTBOMK in Northen America
The weights mentioned are LR's reccomended weight - these vary from country to country.
What would like to know exactly ?

Thank you! I was just trying to understand what the other fields outside the VIN represented. I think I have a good understanding of it now.

You're welcome.

The VIN Plate refers to what LR thinks weight wise works best.

However, countries have their own ideas what eventually is legal for the vehicle in their country so it varies, not to mention models and engines types.
