Great pics 1911! Nice variety in your mix. I wish we had BLM land out here! I hate camping in National Parks.

Thanks. IIRC, the first photo was on the Green Ridge Trail in Larimer County, CO. The FJC is mine and my daughter (in the photo) was driving.

The second photo was taken on the Comb Ridge Trail in San Juan County, Utah, and the third one is just inside the Needles District of Canyonlands N.P., near Devils Lane. That's my FJ40 in the photos.

Now if we could only get the gun/anti-gun folks together![/QUOTE]

True story: Evel Knievel served time in 1977 for breaking the legs of his manager with a baseball bat. The first time he came up for parole, he was asked by the parole board what he would do to redeem himself if paroled. Evel replied with a straight face that he would undertake a nation-wide campaign for bat control. Needless to say, the parole board was not amused and his parole was denied.

No Defender has made it across the Darien Gap yet as far as I'm tracking. That title belongs to CJ's, Range Rover Classics and a Series Land Rover.
You left out the Willys pickup in '59.
