Did quigley turn them all to E350's?

I'm looking at a older 1/2 ton quigley ford which has a 351 4speed.

I was wondering if when quigley did their conversion, did the gear they installed have the same rating as the original Van? Or did quigley turn all the vans into 1 ton?

Legally, the GVWR would be unchanged. With the current vans, the only change to the rear axle is wheel adapter to match the bolt pattern of the F-series front axle.
