Diesel heater location.

I have 2 diesel heaters in pelican style
Cases, when using a rooftop tent where are you placing your diesel heaters? Last time out I just set it on the roof of the truck. I’d like a better solution. Where are you placing yours?

a couple of people in my group are using the tire stands and placing the diesel heater on it. Im using a camp table that i put next to the truck.
