Diesel LC spotted in Colorado

Stuck in construction traffic on Colorado Highway 50 yesterday i spotted this beauty.

It spit black smoke, had a really trick dual tire carrier, some kind of roof popup or platform.

Super cool rig. Anybody know who's it is or if the are on the portal?

That's a UK number plate, and it has GB stickers on the ARB bumper. Long way from home. It was right hand steer, yes?

I never got a look at the driver. The dual spare swing away bumper was really cool.

Pretty sure I saw that truck at Expo, probably coming from there. Really sweet rig.

The dual tire carrier is fine enough but the really cool bit is the 2nd fuel tank. Mine looks almost identical.
