Made some solid headway on the pop top today. I started making the side rails and ribs that connect them. It's easier to make the sides match if you screw them together while you shape them. The hardest part had to be getting the curve to match roof. I wish I could say my hardboard template was perfect, but after about 10+ adjustments I finally got a fit that was acceptable. I'm going to use 1/2" D shaped gasket to make a tight seal with the roof so I have a bit of wiggle room.
