Hannibal is probably the best for a rtt that i can think of, but many have modified a SD rack to compliment a tent as well.

BajaRack has one similar to what you're speaking about. They recently made some asthetic changes to their rack that I'm very fond of.

Baja Rack has a new one that rocks. 2 versions; 1 specifically for RTT's. I have their EXP on my LC and love it! And the price is awesome. The rack is really solid!
