Disco II brakes - do not inspire confidence?

I have standard rotors and ceramic pads. The brake fluid was just changed at the 90,000 mile service.

Who's ceramic pads? Have the calipers been serviced? Slide pins greased, etc?

I'm using the Ferodo pads.
