Discovery XD Tdi: What LR should have built!!

I bought a RHD Tdi D-I one owner (fire chief's personnal truck in the UK) w/ full maintenance stamps and drove it for aprox 6 months. During that time, I found a 2 owner XD (low profile SD rack, no s/r's, manual seats, etc) in great shape (XD waterproof seat covers since new, HD mats, etc) w/ orig graphics and great body. Then moved the Tdi w/ all ancillaries- from intercooler to exhaust tip- wiring harness, binnacle/gauges, fuel tank, etc- keeping the entire drivetrain in tact, to the XD. It is an R380 and quite peppy, albeit completely stock. I have since found and started on a '00 TReK, so the XD is reluctantly for sale. Runs and drives great- completely new brakes including calipers, rotors and pads (and ABS removed). Older +2" OME w/ new A/T tires in 245/75-16, ARB front bumper, etc. XD has aprox 84k and the drivetrain aprox 100k- the Tdi was factory replaced at 32k under warranty.
