DNJ - good, ITM - bad (my opinion based on my research) i would suggest you do own research just in case

Gasket i was talking about is #14 it comes with almost every timing belt kit. When you unscrew water pump housing it separates from the block, even if you only removing pump itself.

Here(attachment) it's #12 and i think it's 5 bolts that connect it to the block and couple more that hold pump itself to the housing

is it a must to replace the headbolts?
No, but if you don't they WILL back themselves out. You have to be extremely diligent about checking the torque every 10k miles.

You see, they stretch once you the factory initially installs them. If you remove them and try to reuse those same bolts, they are deformed just slightly. Not enough to see visually I suppose, but they get compromised.

After many heat cycles and vibrations, those reused, compromised bolts will start to back themselves out. Partially because over time they have elongated and then bottom out while torqueing when reused. A bolt that bottoms out will give you false torque readings.

However if you go with new bolts, you will not have to worry about any of that. And honestly, who has the time and patience to remove intake plenum to get the valve covers of to check that torque every 10k?
