In this case China seem to have more enforcement since they never really call it exactly the same. Usually their products are "no-name".
Like I stated earlier I was particularly taken aback by Safari name on it. It practically elevates it to be counterfeit as opposed to be just knock-off.
if it looked sorta like this

I prob wouldn't complain aside of discussing which one is inferior/superior.
Agreed. It does look exactly like that. Counterfeit is a more accurate term in this case.

BTW do you have some vested interest to be so offended that I called some product Chinise instead Malaysian? What's the big deal? I hope Canadians don't particularly take offese to slogans made in America then it really is made in USA. Or do they? :Wow1:
Well, I do have something like 1/16 Chinese in my ancestry but that's not why I dislike these types of comments. I simply dislike racially centered generalizations like that and find they aren't helpful in a 'civilized' conversation (a key reason I enjoy discussing things on the ExPo).:ylsmoke:

I personally implied country of origin not the race of people involved in manufacturing it.

Well as I reread your original post, 'those chinese people' sounds like you're implying a race of people, not a country of origin. Perhaps you should have phrased it better if that's the case.
