We don't know each other, so I don't mean this as an insult to your math skills, perhaps the battery in your calculator is in backwards. But the numbers don't lie, from $1700 down to $1300 is $400 less. Try the math on your own, or just call your insurance agent.
Hey, in all seriousness, you may want to chat with your policy holder. There is 0% chance that lowering or removing the deductible can also lower your premium. Zero. Like posted above, have a $1000 claim with no deductible and they cover entire claim. However having $1000 deductible means they only start paying out after the first $1000. Meaning you get no help on that claim and obviously shouldn’t brother making the claim unless you got an annual cumulative deductible deal.
Choosing a High deductible will make the policy price be as low as possible. Choosing a low one will cause policy to increase. There is no way around this with all other aspects being equal.
Everyone here wants to know your holder if you can prove us wrong LOL
