Do the bluetooth GPS modules have a built in compass?

I have an acer 210, it has a gps chip, but no compass. Do these Bluetooth modules have one that will give headings on compass apps on my tablet?

As far as I know, none of the BT GPS modules have a built-in compass. However, many apps can compute headings by comparing current GPS position vs. last or recent GPS position.
