Does this mean the XP Camper is finally for sale??

XPCamper is based in northern California, not North Carolina.
I think this may be the website of a dealer. If true, it's the first
indication that the XPCamper will be sold by outlets other
than the factory.

RV Trader lists XTreme campers under 'dealers.'

If they are legit at all, I bet they snagged the pix off of the XP Camper site, and are hoping to broker a deal if they get anyone interested.

Xtreme Campers in High Point NC is the truck camper dealer that I purchased my camper from last year. They are also the shop that performed the camper and truck mods for my rig. They are a dealer for XPCamper and have posted the pictures shown with permission in an effort to gauge interest. When XPCamper has commercial models available I'm sure the gang at Xtreme will be happy to offer them.

Mike Olesnevich owns Xtreme Campers, and he's a solid guy. He's also the only east coast dealer for Four Wheel Campers. He builds some crazy, burly trucks as well.

I hope Marc is able to get his design into a large scale production run soon. The XP Camper is a very appealing looking model and should be a good seller in the slide-in camper market.

The prototype pictures look like it's not a slide-in, but a fixed rear assembly, as if someone had removed the entire box and then attached the XPCamper.

Does anyone know what the plan is for the XPCamper design?

It looks quite intriguing as an alternative (though I'd guess a more expensive one...) to the FWC.

You must first replace the box of your pickup with a flatbed. The xp camper can then be put on or taken off like any other truck camper as far as I know.

Thanks! That thread clarifies things for sure. I didn't find it on an initial search.

Nice looking rig.

Still leaning towards the higher-end FWC units but these would definitely have a bit more room with the flatbed-mount design.

From what I recall, Marc's plan for the XP + flatbed was that the price for the unit would include the flat bed portion. The 2 components would be mated perfectly together for the ideal fit.
I have been following the progress of the company as best I can from a distance, and I'm really hoping that Marc's creation turns into a solid production run and we can see retail models out on the road really soon.
So far, the XP has appeared to be a VERY impressive design.

Yes; I am finally ready to sell those :bike_rider:

The website also has been updated....

Let me know what you guys think.
