I recently picked up a CF-35 fridge/freezer but I have been unable to find a US distributor of the AC-SLD-060 FRIDGE SLIDE, does anyone know of one?

I was actually interested in one for a CF-50. Here is what American RV told me.

"We can sell part number 905571000 as a special order (non-returnable non-cancelable) for $269.95 + shipping. Shipping would be approximately $30.00. Product is subject to availability and a lead time may apply."

ARB and Engel are in the same ballpark.
