Double paned RV windows with integrated shutters

Greetings All -

I rented a camper in Europe a while back and noticed some of the windows were double paned with the shutters sandwiched between the panes. Anybody selling these in the US? Seems to quiet down the noise that sometimes "loose" shuttters make. I am in the midst of building out my rig, and I thought these might be worth a look.

But those wouldn't don't have the blinds between the glazing, as the OP had. I've seen the sandwiched blinds in residential windows (search for integral or interstitial blinds), but not an RV. Sounds trick.
