Here's a four minute drone video shot in Iceland during midsummer 2014.
The Vimeo page includes this report: "Our trip was overshadowed by some initial crash on day 1 which basically wrecked the drone completely...After spending half the night in a riverbed cleaning the single elements from volcanic ash and with massive amounts of duct tape we fixed it."
Around 1:30 in the video you see the drone they used. It's some sort of DJI model, with GoPro camera and a 3 axis gimbal.
