Dual Battery Systems in the LX470?

Dual batt's are definitely doable in an AHC equipped 100 series.

I'm on this path right now, mocking up a location and testing fitment. Easy fit for a small batt with very minimal mods. Or a larger batt with a bit more moving stuff around.

Instead of the typical matched dual battery setup, I'm taking a different route and going with a large primary and backup. I don't have to worry about managing loads across each battery bank or running multiple circuits through the car. It's everything on one large deep cycle battery and I always have the saving grace of a backup starter batt if I get myself in trouble overrunning auxiliary electrics.

Great information guys. I bought a 100 series the other day, anxious to get some dirt time behind the wheel.

Anthony, Yes, as the years went on, the LC and LX became more similar. However, I don't think even the '07 LC has memory seats. The special keys can be cut by even Ace Hardware. As far as interior, the special edition LX bird's eye maple wood looks the best by a large margin, it's a toss up between the LX regular wood and LC matte black. I wouldn't pay extra for the LX wood but it does hide scratches nicely. The stick-on LC stuff looks cheap. The LX panels are not faux wood but rather real wood.

My 2007 LC does not have memory seats.

Was it the 02 LC at Millenium Auto? That looked to be a great buy.

That one was -destroyed- wrecked in a few places, seat beat up, etc.

I found this little creampuff. Local trade in:
