Ducati Multistrada 1200

I know the new Multistrada has been mentioned in other threads, but
I thought it deserved its own home.

The Multistrada is Ducati's answer to the BMW 1200GS, an all weather,
all roads sort of traveling companion. The bike takes advantage of
electronics to adjust power output (150 hp for the open road, 100 hp for
slippery surfaces and off the pavement), suspension damping, and
traction control, even without stopping. There's ABS to help keep
the shiny side up, and an adjustable suspension so you can choose
to add extra wheel travel when heading across Mongolia.

Best of all, the 2010 Multistrada is being imported to North America.

To launch the bike worldwide, a pair of Italian motorcycle adventurers and
TV hosts are traveling across 4 continents. They're in Australia now.

They sure are pretty.

Supposedly they are much improved over the last version.

I'll never beable to afford nice bikes like these but they are nice to look at.
