Looks like they are made from the same panel material and extrusions from Lamilux. This construction is the standard in Europe and the same as we did at Unicat.

Mark, I looked for a while through my suppliers line cards and could not find a match. I must imagine they would made for the application using a quarter turn handle, a recess and a second lock. There are probably thousands of companies that make latches, so we may never find it:
