Are "jeeping" trips allowed here? I know there are some old roads in it; but are they any good to go somewhere worth going and camping out?

Doing some research on the same area. In general, no vehicles in the wilderness area. There are some roads leading up to the wilderness with campsites. Expand your search to Wallowa Mountains...there are a bunch of roads to the east of Eagle Cap including the Hells Canyon area of the Snake River.
