Eagle.

This was more entertaining to watch than it was to photograph. This eagle made about a half a dozen passes at the wounded seagull (not sure if he dropped it earlier, or?) and eventually gave up.

I like this shot because of the expression on the gulls face. I wouldn't want to be on the receiving end of those talons. :Wow1:

Terrific! The angle on the eagle, the pewter waves, and a most impressive catch of the terrified gull bobbing in the water.

Great picture.
A few years ago I was sitting on my porch and noticed two eagles flying down to the water every couple minutes. when I walked over I saw that they had a mother duck and her babies trapped about 50' from the beach, they picked them off one by one, then they harrased the mother until she made it back to shore.
