EarthCruiser - flat bed - pass through option

I have been thinking of using one of these to make a pass through on my Ram 3500 to get in to a truck camper...may be a good solution even on a demountable tray camper provided you could source a boot

If you built a cab over bed model with a side entrance using the breezer for a pass through I would possibly be a customer

How would the bed work? Some tough design issues in an 8 foot package. We have an XP and move it on and off the flatbed fairly often, but our impression is that most XP owners never remove the camper from the flatbed.

I like it. How long will it be? A cabover would work with a Fuso with a flatbed and give space under the cabover for storage.

On the licensing - Its different in every state. In Oregon it isn't the flatbed, its the weight. Under 9900#GVW is a "car"regardless of what it looks like (ie. a one ton truck). Over is a truck and gets "T" plates and a removable camper gets is own title and plates. If the camper is bolted to the frame it is a motorhome. Its not clear how you license a truck with a flatbed with a camper body bolted to the flatbed...its probably luck of the draw at DMV but you couldn't remove the camper from the flatbed if the truck has motorhome plates. I suspect that you should be able to build a bed mounted fiberglass camper light enough to be legal on a one ton.

We have looked at those windows, seems like the ticket.
