Wannabe buyers?
To showcase how off the rails the market was for a few years and how hard it’s crashing
As long as new Earthroamers sell for retail there are buyers.
Used is about supply and demand, like with any market.
I would say 90 days given the specialty nature, single sales location and busy lives of someone who can swing $500k, but I’m pulling that out of my ******. Tracked the asking price of all the current LTi inventory and crazy to see almost $200k price drops in some of the units. Now just have to find the time to use for 3 months a year and I can justify the expense and start to build a case to pitch to my wife.IF anything does not sell within 30 days it's OVERPRICED for the given market!

Disagree. The buyer behavior changes over time like ocean waves. If US GDP sits at over 4% for 12 months, folks will start spending big money again. Look at the catamaran market. Its the same as the Earthroamer, both over $500,000.
I was one of the bidders and was surprised how high this got. Basic questions on service, mods, batteries were not answered. The selling dealer knew very little about the unit and the seller scratched out the original sale price on the build sheet.Bid to $328K and a no sale!
Wonder how many of those were schill bids by sellers friends who knew the reserve and bid it up for the seller in case it did not sell and at least show a respectable bid price?
