cool little video and I want to watch more on TV!!!
on the topic pointed out above though - maybe it is just my impression but seems like in a bunch of commercials and TV programs the so called "explorers" do not have a good education and/or lack experience on proper winching techniques - as pointed out above, that guy uses his bare hands to guide a winch line spooling in (sure I do it too, but wouldn't advertise it on TV for others to copy my example, cause I know how easy it is to get a wire in my hand that way), plus he wraps a winch cable around the dead tree and hooks it on itself - which is obviously not a good idea since this can damage the winch cable.
