Anyone with experience with these? seem up our alley since theyre the only 2wd e-bike around so far. expensive sure, but seems like just ticket for a lot of reasons.

Not my cup of tea, I like the idea of 2wd, but the design of putting the motors in the hubs gives it a ton of unsprung weight in the wheels which isn't generally to good for off-road/trail use. Also it's a class 2 type which is far more restrictive on where you can ride it. I'm sure they are fun in the right context, it just depends what and where you wanna use it for.
