Econoline shock reservoir mounting options

Picked up a 5165 series Bilstein reservoir shock for the front of my 97 Quigley Econoline to test out my mounting options. I was hoping to mount it on a groove in the frame but now I’m thinking it’s too close the the exhaust manifold. Pretty sure even with mods to lower my EGTs, I would cook the reservoir on a summer day. For now I have to piggybacked on the primary shock and both it and the hose have plenty of clearance, but I am concerned about them rotating and hitting the frame or coil on rough roads. Any opinions or mounting advice?
