Eezi Awn Bat 270

I have the Bat from Paul at Equipt mounted to the driver's side of my Jeep and have used it many times. I like the fact that the legs are built in and the whole thing can be "easily" deployed in a couple of minutes. Ad a few more minutes if you need to stake down the legs. Coverage down the side and back of Jeep is great. You need a stout mount since it is somewhat heavy. Mine is attached to an AEV roof rack.
I sent you a PM. Thanks Scott

That's a nice looking awning, but that's some serious Jing! , I could get two Foxwings. I am currently trying to figure out awnings on my Alaskan, I may go with a 8' on the side and a 4' on the rear.
Let us know how you like it

I had the Spoyla 1.5, on the back of the jeep. This option will work better for me. I have a couple buddies who have the fox wing, they are great option. I think this one will be a game changer.............no guidelines, etc to deal with. I am solo camping a lot, so ease of setup is the key for me.

I have been trying to decide between the Bat wing and the Bat Manta so I also are looking for real world reactions.

I'm revisiting awnings. I have a driver side mounted Foxwing and love it! I made the mistake of leaving it up during a moderate windstorm, and the result is two broken support arms. I couldn't stake it down because I was deployed over concrete, so I improvised with other objects. I underestimated the wind and now have a $500 paperweight. Probably getting another Foxwing because I like the ability to add side walls. I wish the Bat and Manta from Eezi Awn had those options. Those awnings just look unfinished to me how they stop short of the 90 degree angle of the support arms. I think water run off would be better, too.

I just received my Bat 270. I have not had a chance to put it on yet. The Bat 270 DOES have side wall options.......I talked to Paul when I ordered mine last week

Check out this one that Luke Miles from The Shop installed on a customer's 110. I'm not sure what brand it is - you'll have to contact Luke to find out.

I'm just poking some fun... no harm ment.
But did anyone else notice that in the five pictures with chairs that no shade is being cast on to the chairs?
LOL

Have not been able to find one picture on the internet of the side walls. Happen to have any?

Thanks
