Used ~50 nights, always with a mattress topper and sheets. Canvas is in near perfect condition, minus one small discolored spot from an inconsiderate bird. There's some discoloration on the cover where it has rubbed against the awning mount, but nothing structural at all.
Includes the annex room, which we've only setup once. Likewise, we've only used the rainfly once. Oh, and it has the ladder extension for taller vehicles.

Only selling because our little one is moving to his own tent now, and I want to try a hardshell RTT.
