So I have installed a dual battery in my LR3 and in advance of purchasing an ARB fridge sometime in the future. I would like to attach the stock "cubby box" to the dual battery so it can be left on all the time. Stock unit runs off a relay off the main battery in which the unit is inactive when ignition is off. I'm just wondering the easiest (or options) I have to wire the fridge to the dual battery with the least amount of effort.
I know this is simple, but I would prefer to not make permanent changes to othe wiring, like cutting the leads to the fridge) and replacing but maybe that is my only option. Is there a way to install a jumper to achieve the goal of running fridge off the dual. I'm fairly certain the fridge circuit is not tied to other electronics.
