What does it do?

Plugs into your OBD2 port and uses bluetooth connection to either a smartphone (Android-based) or laptop or pad that runs an app to read codes, etc.

Check out the Torque app.

One note, the iPhone & iPad don't recognize the bluetooth from this. It is possible to get around that but not advised for ordinary folks.
