Just got back from a few nights out in the desert. Got close zero, but I stayed nice and warm. Honestly I couldn’t be happier with the enduro. No real problems more shakedown type stuff. I’ve spent about 7 weeks in it now and it’s working great. Highly recommend!

Build looks awesome. I have been looking quite a bit into this and i was wondering how does the interior space look with the roof not deployed. Just thinking of situations where you may want to grab something from the inside without deploying the roof or even sit on the bench.

You can’t really sit on the bench with the top down. You can get in to load food etc and in a pinch you could sleep on the bench or the floor.

Can you give us an update on how you’ve been enjoying the setup?

What’s your total vehicle weight?

Also, what Enduro options did you have to forgo since you have a 2500/250 vs 3500/350? In other words, as you understand, what’s the advantage of going with a RAM 3500 vs your 2500 PW?

The super tourer has been great, I honestly couldn’t be happier.

I didn’t really forgo any options, It has everything I wanted. Weight all in and loaded for an average trip comes in at 10500. I did all the upgrades to the pw to handle the weight, bigwig, air bags Carli rear springs Thuren king shocks etc. the truck performs remarkably well for size weight but still has some sway at high speeds in the corners etc. it drives fine but I’m a little reluctant to share the driving, once used to it it’s fine. But if I had my time again I would have built on a 1 ton platform. I came from a jeeping background and wanted all the travel in suspension that I could. In reality I don’t use a rig this size like a jeep and don’t think the rear leaf springs would limit where I go. The 1 ton would just handle the weight better. It’s really a hard call.

Or I think you can get an F250 with the rv package I am told will work but maybe I am wrong.

Yes the fords have leafs in the rear, regardless if it’s a 250 or 350.
