Engel freezer/fridge hinges

Somewhere, I think I heard of a kit to change the hinges on the lid of an Engel freezer fridge. The change made the lid hinge on the long side, instead of on the short, back side. Or in other words a way to have the lid open towards the side instead of towards the rear. Any ideas out there?
