your state may have laws on where it can terminate in relation to the rear axle or cab etc
if you plan on dumping it under the bed it will definately be louder in the cab
you might want to consider heat sheilding anything near it as well if you move it. It's really easy to think "there's enough room/air" and burn up something important, like brake lines etc
