Seams like they have been non existent on here, very disappointing that it’s hard to find a company with good customer service anymore.

I called and talked to Roger on 6/11/18,he was supposed to get back to me,he didn't return my call,I had to call again on 6/27/18. My thinking was email generates a record,it's in their computer and maybe less likely to be forgotten. It seems once they charge the CC they disappear.
I changed my summer plans to get the bumper,I thought I would get it near the time frame on their site,fall is not far off and still no bumper.
You ordered a few days after me,have you heard from them?

I have been thinking about that,but,I really need a bumper/tire carrier.
I don't understand their willful lack of communication,I hoped this thread would generate a response from them as email and phone calls tend to be ignored after they charge the CC.
I am starting to wonder if the money didn't get used for some other purpose.

I understand that they are overwhelmed with orders for products on all kinds of platforms at the moment due to the positive response to their latches and designs in general. That said, clear, honest and up front communication goes a long way with a customer and their associated audiences, the majority of people are understanding and flexible if you just level with them. The fact that they are ignoring your attempts to communicate altogether is unacceptable and poor business acumen. Ignoring a problem doesn't make it go away.
Buckstop could probably have you one in a few weeks...
I really like this design too but communication is key. I had a conversation with a client yesterday about delays to his project due to unexpected staffing issues at my company that came up in the past few weeks. I was honest with him, told him exactly what we were doing to rectify the situation, and assured him that I wouldn't expect any more of his money until we got back on track. (This is a multi month project with scheduled monthly payments.) He was immensely understanding and thankful for my honesty and I probably won a customer for life. Thats how you handle delays.

I just called Expedition Clown 1,alot of hmmm,ahh,uhh,let met look that up,hmmm,we ...maybe...might..possibly...maybe...2 or three weeks,push a bunch through...getting caught up...we have a meeting coming up...it depends on how good of a week we have.Roger could not tell

That’s not good, sounds like talking to an elected official, attorney or some other person that lies for a living.
