expedition trailer-no time to finish

I start a very top end expedition trailer, however i do not have time to finish. I bought a king kamper and lost interest. The frame is based on a m101 made out tube steel. the top is stainless steel. I have all the hardware for the door (SS). I also have water tank, lights and wiring. It is made for a roof top tent to mount on top in the back. It has fj40 2 1/2 lift suspension, 6000lb axle, and lc 100 series wheels. I have 5k invested. is 5k the asking price?

i would take 4k with all for everything except the roof top tent. that is wiring, lights water tank and pump and other electrical equipment and all the stainless hinges, and door slides.
