Live in Georgia (the country) and have a 2014 HZJ79L - has 16,500 kms and am fitting it out for adventures eastward once Covid allows.

The next challenge is a turbo-charger to bring some life to the 4.2 diesel.

Options/Specs: Factory PTO, manual transmission, N/A 4.2 diesel, sunroof, suspension seats, dual battery 24v system
Mods: ARB bullbar, OME 2" lift, BFG KO2's on AR767's, Defender platform rack, Hardshell RTT, ARB awning, Hella 500's, OVS drawers, Front Runner ladder and slanted water tank, Android Auto, Victron DC->DC converter feeding rear AGM battery, Dometic 40L fridge.
Plans: currently kitting out the back for expedition travel, waiting on an ARB 24 volt compressor (backordered all over), flexible solar panels are also on my list.

Continuing maintenance as well, with new OEM injectors, glow plugs, Terrain Tamer steering components... it never ends!

South American delivery, we are the third US owner.
Lots of mods over its life, planning to build out the intrerior and put on an alucab top at some point.IMG_3615.jpg

Mods - Dobinsons lift kit, Cooper STT Pro 33x12.50x15 with ION wheels (all done by previous owner)
Plans - continue to take care of it, add some mods like new bumper, maybe wheels etc.

I purchased the '96 HZJ75 a year ago , and have spent the last 6 months building an alloy canopy to camp in . Insulated and lined it is very comfortable .
