Makes you wonder about our propensity to hang all manner of gear off our trucks, thinking it's absolutely essential... Then you see something like this, or the family bounding off in a 300TD wagon, or a limo, or whatever, and and heading off into the bush.

Well that a bit of a bummer... I thought Mark Smith did it in 1979 (??) in a group of JEEP CJ-7s and it was the first since the French (??) Army MANY MANY years ago...
